A Different Relationship With Movement

This work is not about intensity, achievement, or pushing through. It’s about slowing down enough to feel, sense, and respond.

Using Pilates apparatus as a supportive framework, movement becomes a way to explore internal awareness, restore balance, and reconnect with the body’s natural rhythms. Sessions emphasize presence, choice, & intentional pacing — supporting nervous system balance and embodied regulation rather than physical output.

Pilates Private Session in Tacoma Washington

This practice may be for you if:

  • You’re seeking a slower, more intentional relationship with movement

  • You want to feel more present and regulated in your body

  • You’re curious about how movement influences the nervous system

  • You value awareness and internal feedback over intensity or performance

  • You’re open to using Pilates as a supportive, grounding framework rather than a workout.

Biofield Tuning + Nervous System Regulation

Biofield tuning is a gentle, sound-based practice that uses vibration to support nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. This work is especially supportive for chronic stress, tension, and persistent back pain that doesn’t fully resolve through movement alone.

Integrated alongside Pilates or offered on its own, Biofield Tuning helps the body settle, soften excessive holding patterns, and reconnect to a sense of internal ease.
