It is highly recommended that a new student starts with an intro pack to learn the ropes and get a personalized plan started.

Your 1st lesson serves as an assessment, covering your movement patterns and goals, and introduce you to the equipment. You’ll leave feeling taller, stronger, and more aware of your body.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes. Avoid zippers or anything too loose. Sticky socks are required for all lessons (available for purchase in studio).

For best results, 2-3 sessions per week is recommended. Consistency is key to create lasting changes.

YES. Pilates is often recommended by Physical therapists and doctors as a gentle yet effective ways to support recovery. We specialize in working with clients with scoliosis, chronic pain, and other movement limitations.
