North End Pilates is a boutique style studio that offers comprehensive private Pilates training and instruction in both classical and contemporary Pilates methodologies.

This blended technique balances and aligns your body using Pilates reformer and tower/mat apparatus, and various props for individual needs.

Instruction taught by kinesiologist and certified Pilates instructor of 14 years. Areas of experience and expertise include lessons that address clients with:
